Pre-Infrared Sauna Care:
If you have any long term health conditions then please inform your dr or healthcare provider before you start using the sauna.
1. Hydrate: It is important to drink plenty of water before your session to ensure proper hydration. Dehydration can lead to dizziness and discomfort during the session.
2. Avoid heavy meals: It is best to refrain from eating a heavy meal at least 1-2 hours before your sauna session. This can help prevent nausea or discomfort during the session.
3. Remove all jewelry: Before entering the sauna, please remove all jewelry, including rings, bracelets, and necklaces. Metal can heat up quickly and cause discomfort or burns.
4. Shower: It is recommended to shower before your sauna session to remove any lotions, oils, or perfumes that can interfere with the infrared heat.
5.You will only need to wear your pants whilst in the sauna.
Post-Infrared Sauna Care:
1. Hydrate: After your sauna session, it is essential to drink plenty of water to rehydrate your body. Sweating in the sauna can lead to loss of fluids and electrolytes.
2. Cool down: Take your time to cool down after your session. You can do this by drinking water, taking a cool shower, or resting in a cool room.
3. Rest: Allow your body to rest and relax after your sauna session. Avoid any strenuous activities or exercise immediately after the session.
4.Listen to your body: Pay attention to how your body feels after the sauna session. If you experience any dizziness, nausea, or discomfort, please stop the session and seek medical attention if needed.

**Please bring a small towel. You will sweat and the towel is to dry yourself off afterwards.
***Make use of your time on the sauna…..listen to music, a podcast, an audiobook book or even a meditation. You will need to bring your phone and headphones if you have any.
