For years, I offered beauty treatments like brows, lashes, and facials — and while I loved helping women look good, I began to realise something deeper was missing.
So many of us — especially in midlife — are carrying stress, emotional overwhelm, hormonal shifts and the pressure to stay looking “flawless"
Midlife isn’t the end of youth — I'm 45 and I'm approaching it as the start of my most authentic, self loving and powerful chapter! And I invite you to too

My treatment has room has recently been renovated and it's a wonderful space. My old treatment room had become the Light Lounge - with an infrared sauna and red light therapy device.
My online portal will be live from 1st October- my favourite practices and rituals in 1 place, access to monthly face yoga sessions. The later will really elevate the way you feel and approach life.
